If there is no laser output when Beambox is running without noise, please check by following the steps
1. Unscrew the back lid
2. Go to touchscreen > Maintain > make sure power is set to "x1.0"
3. Put on a double-sided tape on the first reflection mirror, and press 「Laser Pulse」(Click me for video) to observe if a pinkish fluorescent light is emitted and have a light dot on the tape.
If there is pinkish fluorescent light and light dot, it means the laser tube is healthy. Please refer to "5-6 Optical Path Adjustment".
If there is no pinkish fluorescent light, please contact FLUX customer support.
If there is no laser output when Beambox is running and making a loud cracking sound,
it indicates the tube is broken.
Please stop operating the machine to prevent further hardware failure.
And contact FLUX customer support immediately.
