After restoring the machine to factory setting, if the following glitches surface:
1. The laser head is not able to return to its home position.
2. The direction of the motor is reversed.
Please update the firmware to the newest version.
How to update the firmware?
Occasionally, restoring the machine to the factory setting will also cause the firmware to downgrade to an outdated version, causing difficulty in connection.
1. If there's no connection, please refer to "Update Beambox Firmware with USB Drive"
2. If there is a connection, please update via Beam Studio
After the update, if the motor is still reversed,
please refer to the troubleshooting "The Laser Head Doesn't Return To Rear Left Corner", and record the process to report it to FLUX customer service.
