- If this is the first time for the error to occur-
- Go to “Help”-”export Bug report” to put the issue on record, then restart the machine and Beam studio.
- Send the bug report to support@flux3dp.com for further help.
- If it happens often-
- Update both of your machine and Beam studio to the latest version.
- If the issue continues after the steps above, please send us a ticket, we will provide you with further assistance.
