Possible causes:
- After installing 1.4.1-beta and installing back to the old version, settings are incompatible
Solutions:
- Backup the parameters in the new version if there are important numbers
- If you're rolling back due to connection issue:
- Make sure you have update the firmware of the machine to the latest version (3.2.4+)
- Make sure the machine have a valid IP
- Run an IP testing
- If the IP is valid but not shown on the machine, and the previous version works, you can rollback to see if it helps
- If the IP is not valid, then follow the guide in IP testing to troubleshoot the network settings
- Follow the guides in "Settings do not persist" to remove the local settings
- Restart Beam Studio
