4-2 Laser Module Cleaning (10W/20W Diode Laser Module)

Maintenance Steps：

A. Fan Cleaning
B. Focus Lens Cleaning
C. Pogo Pin Cleaning

Preparation Items：

1. Air Duster
2. Brush
3. 2mm hexagonal wrench
4. 1.5mm hexagonal wrench
5. Cotton swab
6. 75% alcohol

A. Fan Cleaning

1. Use a 2mm hexagonal wrench to remove the four screws on the top of the laser module.
   
   
2. Remove the cover and pull out the fan.
   
   
3. Use the Air Duster to blow out the dust on the fan.
   Use the brush to clean the remaining dust.
   
   
4. Install the fan, and please note the wire and direction. (The label should face down.)

B. Focus Lens Cleaning

1. Use the 1.5mm hexagonal wrench to remove the two screws on the nozzle.
   
   
2. Remove the air hose and nozzle.
      
   
   
3. Use a cotton swab with a small amount of alcohol to clean the focus lens.
   
   
4. Install the air hose and nozzle back.

C. Pogo Pin Cleaning

1. Use a cotton swab with a small amount of alcohol to clean the pogo pin behind the laser module.
   
   
2. Use a cotton swab with a small amount of alcohol to clean the pogo pin on the module adapter.
