Material related	Can Ador engrave metals?	The 10W/20W diode laser modules are versatile tools that can be used for different applications. They can directly engrave metal surfaces or remove anodized coatings from metals. Besides, when combined with the 2W IR laser kit, these modules can engrave other materials such as gold, brass, titanium, aluminum, black acrylic, ABS plastic, silver, and iron.
	What is the maximum thickness of wood that Ador can cut?	With the diode laser module, softwood can be cut at a maximum depth of 10mm and a speed of 1mm/s. Cutting thickness depends on material characteristics.
	Can Ador cut through plastic material?	It is not recommended to use for cutting.The 2W IR laser kit can be used to engrave ABS plastic.
Technical Questions	What is the engraving speed of Ador?	Ador can achieve an engraving speed of up to 400 mm/s.
	How many laser modules does Ador offer?	The machine currently offers three interchangeable modules: a 10W diode laser module, a 20W diode laser module, and a 2W IR laser kit.
	What is the cutting depth of Ador?	The cutting depth varies depending on the material. Please refer to the material specifications for details.
	What are the differences between the three laser modules?	The main difference between the 10W and 20W diode laser modules is their power, with higher power providing greater cutting capabilities. The 2W IR laser kit is suitable for engraving other metal or plastic, offering flexibility to meet your specific needs.
	How can Ador achieve color printing?	Color printing can be achieved through a printing kit.
	What type of ink does the Ador printing kit use?	ECO Solvent Ink
	What software is needed to operate the machine?	Ador supports Beam Studio and LightBurn (Coming Soon) software. It is compatible with Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android.
	Does Ador require periodic cooling water replacement?	Both the diode laser module and the IR laser kit come with built-in cooling fans, eliminating the need for an external water cooling system.
	What is the working area of the machine?	The maximum working area of the machine is 430 x 300 mm, with a working depth of 30 mm.
	Are there any upgrade kits available for Ador?	Ador offers upgrade kits such as the 20W diode laser kit, 2W IR laser kit, and a printing kit. More extensions may be introduced in the future.

	What is the expected lifespan of the laser modules?	Under normal usage conditions, the laser modules have a lifespan of 10,000 hours.

	Does Ador require optical alignment?	Ador's modules are lightweight and can be directly installed on the optical axis, eliminating the need for optical alignment or bulky water cooling systems that CO2 lasers require.

	Is it possible to use Ador in a country with a different voltage?	Ador's transformer design works with both 110V and 220V power supplies; simply change the plug for international use.
	Does the machine have a camera for previewing?	It is equipped with an 8MP high-definition fisheye camera for precise material positioning and efficient alignment.
	Is there a fire safety concern when working with flammable materials like wood, and how is smoke ventilation managed?	Ador is equipped with an exhaust system and smoke venting ducts. When used in conjunction with Beam Air, it can efficiently filter out hazardous particles and unpleasant odors that may arise during laser engraving. It's advisable to keep a small fire extinguisher nearby when working with flammable materials, even though the machine's low wattage significantly reduces the risk of ignition.
