Description
After replacing or reflashing the Ador's RK board, if the original calibration data wasn't uploaded back to the machine, an error, #813, will pop up, resulting in the camera being unable to be used.
Step 1
Take a photo of the machine's information and send it to the FLUX Support.
FLUX Support will provide the needed files to you.
Step 2 - Upload the data
After receiving the file from FLUX Support, run the Beam Studio version 2.3.1 or above.
Select the "Machine→Machine's Name→Camera Calibration Data→Upload Data→Choose the file sent from FLUX Support."
Step 3 - Calibrate the camera
Please calibrate the camera again to attain the correct preview.
