Please identify the cause of the connection failure and perform troubleshooting:
1. Camera device not detected.
Please reconnect the camera and try again. After reconnecting the camera cable, try to establish the connection again.
2. Unable to connect to the Swiftray server.
Please restart Beam Studio and try again.
3. Error code #826: USB not properly connected.
Please check if the USB cable is correctly connected or try reconnecting it and then attempting the connection again.
If you continue to experience connection failures, please check the following possible causes:
1. Driver not installed.
If you are a Windows user, please download the driver from the following link:

2. Conflict with other laser engraving software.
- Please check if you have opened two or more instances of Beam Studio at the same time. If so, please close the other instances and try connecting again.
- Please check if other laser engraving software capable of connecting to Promark, such as Lightburn or Sapphire, is open. If so, close these other programs and try to reconnect.
