4-1 Basic Maintenance

This article will explain the basic maintenance steps for Promark.

It is mainly divided into three parts:

• Worktable Cleaning.
• Z-Axis Column Lubrication.
• Field Lens Cleaning.

Tools needed for preparation.

Prepare the following:

Self-provided:

• Tissues or paper towels
• Lens cleaning cloth
• Alcohol
• Cotton swabs

From the accessory box:

• Lubricating oil

Worktable Cleaning.

Evenly spray alcohol onto a tissue or paper towel, then use it to wipe the machine's worktable.

Z-Axis Column Lubrication.

Use a tissue or paper towel to wipe the Z-axis column screw, then dip a cotton swab in lubricant and evenly apply it.

Field Lens Cleaning.

Use a lens cleaning cloth to clean the field lens by wiping from the center outward in a clockwise direction.
