This article will explain how to troubleshoot Error Code #803.
Step 1
Check whether the No. 6 cable in the image below (USB-A to USB-A) is properly connected between the camera and the computer.
Step 2
Check if the camera is functioning properly.
Open the camera application on your computer, switch to the USB camera, and confirm whether the video is displayed normally.
Windows - "Camera"
Mac - "Photo Booth"
Step 3
Open Beam Studio and confirm that the version is 2.4.3 or later.
Step 4
Perform camera calibration
