Potential Causes:
- A certain layer or multiple layers of the filter are blocked.
- The filter has been seriously dampened due to excessively high humidity in the environment.
-
Foreign objects obstruct the intake or exhaust vents of the Beam Air Pro.
Solutions:
-
Start by checking if there are any obstructions blocking the intake or exhaust vents of the Beam Air Pro. If there are no obstructions, proceed with the following steps to replace the filter layers.
-
It is recommended to replace the filter immediately. Prolonged use of the Beam Air Pro with a blocked filter can result in reduced filtration efficiency or decreased lifespan of the advanced filter.
-
Begin by replacing the top layer of the pre-filter. If there is no improvement, proceed to replace the intermediate filter layer. You can refer to the filter replacement tutorial for guidance.
-
If the airflow remains low even after replacing the intermediate filter layer, it indicates that the lifespan of the advanced filter is nearing its end and needs to be replaced as well.
-
After replacing the filters, if the airflow detection is normal, the low airflow warning will naturally disappear.
Additional instructions:
-
If a filter is replaced, the reset filter operation must be performed for each layer of the replaced filter on the control panel.
