Description
The reason the machine cannot be turned on can be complex. It could be caused by a system failure, faulty screen, USB-C cable, RK board, power source, mainboard, safety fuse, etc.
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

Step 1
Check the emergency button if it is pressed and causing a booting issue.
(Make sure the button is NOT pressed.)

Switch your domestic power socket and see if the machine can be powered up.

Check if the rocker switch's light is on.

Step 3.1
Replace the fuse and try turning on the machine again.
A spare fuse is hidden below the machine's power socket, and it can be taken out to replace the current one.

Check if the round button switch's light is on.

Step 5
Check the status of the 4 LED lights on the mainboard.

There are four orange LED lights on the mainboard that present different parts of the machine.

Check if the screen's backlight is on.

Step 6.1
- Turn off the machine.
- Replug the Type-C cable connected to the screen and mainboard.
(Please ensure it is replugged back in the same direction.) - Power up the machine and check if the screen's backlight is on

Step 6.2
Replug the screen's cable on the RK board.
- Unplug the Type-C cable and remove the four screws with a 2.5mm Allen key.
- Unplug and replug the screen's cables.
- Re-install the RK board back on the machine, reconnect the Type-C cable, and power up the machine to see if it can be turned on.

Check if the blue light is on when the power is up.

Reflash the system and see if the machine can be turned on. Please refer to the link below.
