Description
The reason a touch screen is nonresponsive can be complex. It could be caused by a system failure, faulty screen, USB-C cable, RK board, or mainboard, etc.
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

Step 1
Find the IP address of your machine using Beam Studio if possible.
Determine your result and the next action to take:

Step 1.1
Before plugging the mouse into the machine, please test it on another computer to ensure it works.
Plug the mouse into one of the USB ports on the right side of the machine to see if the little circle (cursor) can be moved around. Then, try selecting options on the panel by left-clicking, as in the video below.
(If one part does not work, please try another until all ports are tested.)

Step 2
Copy the IP address and write it down on the address bar of your browser.
Then add :8000 at the end of the IP address of the machine to have the screen of the machine showing on the browser.
- For example, in the photos above, my machine has the IP address 192.168.1.144.
- Therefore, I will be putting the IP address in the browser like this 192.168.1.144:8000.
- After that, you should get the screen of the machine, and it should be able to control the machine.

Update the Firmware to the latest. Please refer to the link below.

Step 4

Turn off the machine. Remove the front metal cover. (T8 torx screw * 10 pcs.
- Replug the Type-C cable connected to the screen and mainboard.
Please ensure that:
- The white dot on the mainboard side will be facing down.
- The white dot on the screen side will be facing as the same direction of the screen. -
Power up the machine and check if the touch works.

Reflash the RK board, refer to the guide below.
