Description
The reason the machine cannot be turned on can be complex. It could be caused by a system failure, faulty screen, USB-C cable, RK board, power source, mainboard, safety fuse, etc.
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

Step 1
Check if the screen's backlight is on.

Turn off the machine. Remove the front metal cover. (T8 torx screw * 10 pcs.
- Replug the Type-C cable connected to the screen and mainboard.
Please ensure that:
- The white dot on the mainboard side will be facing down.
- The white dot on the screen side will be facing as the same direction of the screen. -
Power up the machine and check if can be turned on.

Step 1.2
Reflash the RK board, refer to the guide below.
(Please note that this step requires a Windows computer. If you do not have one, please skip this step and contact support directly.)

Step 2
Check the emergency button if it is pressed and causing a booting issue.
(Make sure the button is NOT pressed.)

Switch your domestic power socket and see if the machine can be powered up.

Check if the round button switch's light is on when it is pressed down.

Replace the fuse and try turning on the machine again.
A spare fuse is hidden below the machine's power socket, and it can be taken out to replace the current one.

Check the "6" LEDs on the mainboard if they are solid on without blinking or being off.
