Step 1
Please check the video below and determine if the symptom is similar to your machine.
(If there is no laser output when the machine is running and making a loud cracking sound,
it indicates the tube is broken.)

Step 1.1
Please check if your application is similar to the following descriptions.

Step 1.2
- Please refer to the link below to adjust the power curve.
[Power Curve Adjustment (beamo II)]
- After the adjustment, please try again to see if your problem has been solved.

|
Step 2
- Open the example file of the focus prob.
Double your power rate settings, start the task, and see if the laser outputs.
(For example, if your power rate is 20% originally, raise it to 40% and start the task.)
- Run the task and see if the laser outputs.
Determine your result and the next action to take:

|
Step 3
-
Remove the back metal cover to find the first mirror.
- Place the tape on the 1st mirror to have an angle of 90 degrees against the beam.
-
Place the back cover back and make 5 pulses.
(You don't have to tighten the screws as long as you can make a pulse.)

Step 3.1
Update the Firmware to a stable version. Please refer to the link below.
4-7 Firmware Update
-
After the update, please make 5 pulses on the first mirror to see if it has any marks.

Step 3.2
- Place the back cover back.
(You can only tighten one or two screws for the back cover as long as the back cover icon is closed.)
- Run the example file in Beam Studio and see if the laser outputs.

Step 4
-
Turn off the machine.
Remove the front metal cover. (T8 torx screw * 10 pcs.)
- Unplug the laser control cable. (Machine off.)
(Please refer to the diagram if your machine has a different setup than the photos below.) - Find the laser force button on the laser power supply.
-
Close the back cover. Turn on the machine and quickly press the button for 1 time for 0.5-1 second and see if the tape on the first mirror has any marks.
Determine your result and the next action to take:
|
|
|
Step 5
- Raise the power rate to 150% in the control mode.
-
Make 5 pulses to see if the burnt mark becomes stronger.
(Please use a new 2-layer tape if the current one has a mark.)
(Please refer to the examples to determine the result of the tape.)
