This article will guide you through the wide-angle camera calibration process.
When is camera calibration needed?

Step 1 - Check Software and Firmware Versions
Required Software Version: Beam Studio 2.6.2 or above
Required Firmware Version: 6.2.2 or above
Step 2 - Prepare Materials
Materials to prepare:
Four A4 white papers or light-colored wooden boards of the same size
Step 3 - Start Wide-angle Camera Calibration
Create a new project, select the name of the machine to be calibrated, and click "Calibrate" "Calibrate Camera (Wide-angle Camera)"
Step 4 - Place Paper or Material
Place the four A4-sized white papers or light-colored wooden boards of the same size in the four corners of the working area and focus.
Step 5 - Engrave Calibration Image
Click to start engraving the calibration pattern
Step 6 - Align Markers

Each of the four sheets of white paper or material has four alignment points that need to be matched. Please follow the steps in the video below to complete the alignment.
