Troubleshooting: Program Error

There are multiple causes - 

1. Haven't install Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable if you were using Windows

2. Incompatible version of Mac OS X ( Only 10.10+ supported now )

3. The computer went to sleep

4. If none above - It's Firmware bugs requires reporting - Kindly use Menu > Help > Bug Report to send us the report
