💡 Q: Can one person register multiple machines?
A: You can register multiple machines. If your machine has already been registered, please contact us with the purchase information, and our customer service staff will assist you.
💡 Q: What should I do if I forget my password?
A: Currently, you can update your password by visiting the old member center through the link in the upper left corner of the member center's menu here.
💡 Q: If I don't have an invoice, can I still register the machine?
A: You can still submit an application, and the following document types may be acceptable besides an invoice:
- Screenshot of a letter with information about purchasing the machine
- Remittance record with information about the dealer
- Shipping receipt with information about the dealer
Alternatively, you can provide detailed dealer information for verification purposes during the application process.
💡 Q: Why was my application not approved?
A: Currently, we only accept registration for beamo, Beambox, Beambox Pro, and HEXA series machines. If your application includes any of the following situations, please contact customer service for further assistance:
- The machine serial number cannot be identified
- Entering a non-original certified machine serial number
- Unable to provide invoice files
- Obtaining the machine through channels other than the FLUX Inc., dealer, reseller, or agent.
