When does the filter need to be replaced?

The button light turns yellow.

The filter shows low health or replacement on the Beam Air Pro page.

The smoke cannot be exhausted when the Beam Air Pro fan speeds to 100%.

When the warning appears during the task on the FLUX machine.
If you are not using a FLUX laser cutter or need more information about the filter. Please check the Beam Air Pro Filter Replacement Rules.
⚠︎ When replacing the filter, please refer to the Beam Air Pro page to replace it with the health low to high. Otherwise, you may follow this order to replace: Pre-filter→Intermediate Filter→Advanced Filter.
Step 1 - Turn off the power and remove the power cord.
Step 2 - Open the four buckles and remove the top cover.
⚠︎ Notice: Please pay attention to the position of your fingers to avoid pinching from opening buckles.
Step 3 - Replace Filters.
Step 3-1: Replace the pre-filter.
Step 3-2: Replace the intermediate filter.
Step 3-3: Replace the advanced filter.
Step 4 - Clean the top cover.
ⓘ Cleaning the upper cover once a month will help extend the lifespan of the filter.
Step 5 - Install the top cover.
⚠︎ Please ensure all four buckles are locked to prevent abnormal filter performance.
Step 6 - Reset the filter setting.
⚠︎ Notice: This is an irreversible operation. Once executed, the filter layer's health will be reset. Therefore, it is essential to ensure you have replaced the filter with a new one beforehand. Resetting the filter health without replacing the filter will affect the filtration effectiveness of Beam Air Pro.
Click on the machine's panel "Beam Air Pro→Select the filter that needs to be reset→Reset the Filter→OK."
If you are not using FLUX machines, you cannot reset the single-layer filter. Please follow the steps below to reset the filters.
- Press and hold the mode switch button until the button turns green
- Press the mode switch button two times
- The button light will return to the white breathing light
- All filters reset sucessfully.
