1. When does the filter need to be replaced?

• The button light turns yellow.
  

   

• The filter shows low health or replacement on the Beam Air Pro page.

   

• The smoke cannot be exhausted when the Beam Air Pro fan speed is 100%.
  

• The warning appears during the task on the FLUX machine.

1-1 If you are not using the FLUX laser cutter

• Please record the usage and replace the filter following the data below.
  

  Pre-Filter Lifespan	4-13 hr
  Intermediate Filter Lifespan	32-100 hr
  Advanced Filter Lifespan	250-800 hr

• Smoke cannot be exhausted when the Beam Air Pro fan speeds to 100%. Please follow this order to replace the filter: Pre-filter→Intermediate Filter→Advanced Filter.

2. Filter Lifespan Instruction

• The filter health on the Beam Air Pro page is only a reference for when to replace the filter. The filter's lifespan can be significantly affected depending on the materials used. For example, frequently carving or cutting wood can easily clog the filter.

• Immediate and frequent replacement of the pre-filter and intermediate filter helps extend the lifespan of the advanced filter.

• The active carbon in the Advanced Filter is hygroscopic, absorbing moisture from the air, which can affect filtration efficiency. It is recommended that it be replaced once a year.
