Beam Air Pro - 12V PSU Replacement Guide

Step 1 - Turn off the power and remove the power cord.

Step 2 - Open the four buckles and remove the top cover.

⚠︎ Notice: Please pay attention to the position of your fingers to avoid pinching from opening buckles.

Step 3 - Remove the filter

Refer to the first three seconds of the video to remove the filters.

Step 4 - Remove the bottom cover

Flip Beam Air Pro and use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the 20 screws to remove the bottom cover and rollers.

Step 5 - Unscrew the 12V PSU fixing screws.

Step 6 - Remove the cables of the 12V PSU

Use diagonal pliers to cut the cable tie.

Confirm the position of the screws that fixed the pin cables.

Use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the screws.

Remove the pin cables.

Unplug the 12V PSU cable on the mainboard.

Step 7 - Remove the 12V PSU

Step 8 - Install the new 12V PSU

Check the position of the pin cables.

Insert the pin cables.

Use a Phillips screwdriver to screw the screws that fixed the pin cables.

Screw the 12V PSU fixing screws.

Plug the 12V PSU cable into the mainboard.
