2-1 Assembly and Start-up – FLUX Help Center

Thank you for choosing FLUX. Before getting started, please ensure you have read the Safety Precautions. The following sections, 2-1 to 2-5, will guide you through assembling and using your machine.

⚠︎ As sunlight can impact the accuracy of flame detection, we advise against placing the device in direct sunlight. If relocation is not possible, please adjust the flame detection sensitivity or disable the feature in the hardware settings after Wi-Fi setup (requires firmware version 6.0.7 or later).

Step 4 - Remove the vent hose cover and clamp

Step 5 - Install the vent hose

Insert the clamp onto the large end of the vent hose hole and attach it to the exhaust fan outlet at the rear of the machine. Adjust the clamp tightness and fasten it onto the exhaust fan outlet.
Position the open end of the vent hose outside a window or attach it to an air purifier.

Step 6 - Connect the Wi-Fi dongle

Insert the Wi-Fi dongle into the right side of the machine. 裝WiFi.gif

Step 7 - Power On

Insert one end of the power cord into the rear of the machine and the other into a power outlet.
Switch on the main switch located at the rear of the machine to turn on the machine. 插電開電源.gif

Press the power button to turn on the machine. It takes about two minutes to start up the first time. 按下電源按鈕.gif

⚠︎ If the power button does not respond when turned on, please check if the emergency stop switch on the right side of the machine is activated.
Suppose the emergency stop switch is activated. Rotate it clockwise toward the white arrow to release it.

Step 8 - Setup for the First Use

1. Follow the instructions on the machine display to select your language.
2. Read the Safety Precautions carefully.
3. Follow the instructions and run the Start-up Test.
⚠︎ Do not skip the Start-up Test if this is the first time using the machine.

Please prepare 400ml of purified or distilled water. Follow the steps outlined in the "Cooling Water Replacement" guide to completely add the water to the machine. This is to prevent the laser tube from overheating and sustaining damage.
