Beambox / Beambox Pro - Reflective Mirrors and Focus Lens Replacement

Tools

1. Phillips screwdriver

2. Needle nose pliers
3. 3mm hex wrench

Installation

Step 1 - Remove the current reflective mirrors.

1-1 Remove the screw of the back cover to open it.

1-2 Remove the mirrors.

Step 2 - Install the new reflective mirrors.

Step 3 - Remove the focus lens

Unscrew the nozzle fastening ring clockwise.

Remove the laser head, and turn the silver mounting cap counterclockwise.

Step 4 - Install the focus lens.

Hold the edge of the focus lens on your hand and look towards the focus lens. You can see yourself on the convex side but cannot see yourself on the flat side.

⚠︎ The lens has an orientation: the convex side faces up, and the flat side faces down.
If not installed according to the direction of the instruction, it may cause
inaccurate focus, resulting in blurred engraving or inability to cut.

Step 5 - Clean the mirrors and check the optical path
