This article will guide you through the installation of the manual door on the Promark Desktop version.

Step 1
Please refer to the guide below to replace the camera light LED board.
(The purpose here is to change the LED board to a different one to prevent overposing when the manual door is installed.)

Step 2
Find the left side panel (A), the one with the small PCB board, and lay it flat on the table with the PCB side facing up, as shown in the image.
Step 3
Find the crossbar (C) and secure it using T8 screws (S1) x 2 pcs.
Step 4
Stand the left side panel upright and find the right side panel (B).
Attach the right side panel to the crossbar and secure it using T8 screws (S1) x 2 pcs.
(Note: Ensure the screw holes on the right-side panel are facing forward.)
Step 5
Remove the four screws from the main body of the machine. (2.5mm HEX x 4pcs)
Step 6
Place the assembled left and right side panels directly onto the machine, with the horizontal bar at the front.
Step 7
Install the lower horizontal bar (C). Use T8 screws (S1) x 4pcs to secure it, with two on each side.
Step 8
Push the entire enclosure backward and align it with the edge of the machine's working platform.
Step 9
Secure the four screws on the platform, two on each side.

(Please note that the video is a demonstration only. The screws might be different from yours.)
Step 10
Turn the machine over or move to the back of the machine.
Place or insert the silver rear trim panel (G) and the rear trim foot (F) into the bottom of the machine.
⚠︎ Notice:The foot pads of the rear trim foot (F) must be placed on the rear of the machine.
Step 11
Secure four screws, two on each side.
(Please ensure the silver rear trim panel and the rear trim foot are fastened together. If the screws cannot be tightened, you may need to adjust the position of the silver trim panel or the rear trim foot.)

Step 12
Secure the ribbon cable cover (H) from bottom to top.

Step 13
Secure the back cover plate (E) using T8 screws (S1) x 6 pcs.
Step 14
Secure the front door (D).

Step 15
Secure the top cover (I) onto the machine.

Step 16
Connect the two supplied cables (J & K) to the left side of the machine.
