Maintenance Steps
After successful homing, check the status displays and switches except for "Laser Pulse". The criteria are as follows:

X-Axis Limit Switch |
After tapping "Motors" to release the motors, move the laser head to the far left of the machine until you hear a click. (Trigger the switch) |

After tapping "Motors" to release the motors, move the laser head to the back of the machine until you hear a click. (Trigger the switch) |

Z-Axis Top Limit Switch |
Manually press the top limit switch in the bottom right corner until you hear a click. (Trigger the switch) |

Manually press the bottom limit switch in the bottom right corner until you hear a click. (Trigger the switch) |

Switches:

Homing: Check if the laser head can correctly return to the origin.

Autofocus: Check if the autofocus function is working properly.

Z-Axis Homing: Check if the work platform can correctly lower to the bottom.
- Camera: Check if the camera feed appears on the screen, and move the laser head to observe if the screen updates as the camera moves. (The camera feed updates every 3 seconds.)
- Motors: Check if the laser head can move smoothly along the X-axis linear rail and Y-axis guiding rods.
- Air Pump: As shown in the image below, use a piece of paper to check if air is blowing out from the laser nozzle.
- Exhaust Fan: After tapping it, you will hear an accelerating rotation sound, similar to an airplane taking off.
- Red Light: Assists in adjusting the optical path and confirming the working area of the job.

Screen Cleaning

Maintenance Steps
If the screen is dirty, spray a small amount of alcohol onto a cleaning cloth and gently wipe the screen.
