Description
This is a detailed guide on the Safety Key Function of the laser cutter. The safety key system is designed to ensure the equipment operates under safety regulations and prevents unauthorized access through permission control and mode switching.
Safety Modes and Features
The safety system of the machine is divided into two operating modes: Class 1 and Class 4.
Please select the appropriate mode based on your usage needs and safety environment:
| Mode Name | Safety Level | Target Users | Functional Limitations |
|---|---|---|---|
| Class 1 | High | General Users | Does NOT support the Auto-feeding Extension and does NOT support the Wide-area Engraving function. |
| Class 4 | Low (Protection Required) | Professional Operators | Unlocks all advanced features (e.g., Auto-feeding, Wide-area Engraving). |
⚠️ Important Safety Warning
If you wish to switch to Class 4 Mode, operators MUST first read and complete the "Laser Safety Officer Training Document". Because Class 4 mode involves the risk of invisible laser leakage, it is mandatory to wear laser safety goggles of the appropriate wavelength and ensure the work area meets safety standards.
How to Enable the Safety Key Function
Please follow these steps on the machine's control panel to configure the settings:
- Enter Settings Menu: Tap the "Machine" icon on the panel.
- Hardware Settings: Select the "Hardware Settings" option.
- Safety Key Setting: Locate and tap "Safety Key Setting".
- Enable Function: Toggle the feature to "Enable".
