Description

The bottom opened error usually occurs when the bottom cover is not closed properly, the magnet is missing, the sensor is dead, etc. Please follow the following steps to troubleshoot the issue.

Possible causes:

  1. The system fails (Re-update the firmware)
  2. The magnet is missing or not strong enough.
  3. The sensor of the drawer is dead.
  4. The mainboard/MB/motherboard is malfunctioning.
