1. Apply more glue to the glass plate
2. Slow down first layer speed to 20 - 30mm/s
3. Slightly increase the temperature

I went light on the glue for my first print, with disastrous results. The corners peeled up and the print head got stuck to one of them. Two of the rods got pulled out of their sockets and the print head was thrashing about until I stopped it. I did two layers of glue the next time and it worked very well. My third print had a corner peel up, in spite of having two layers of glue - frustrating! I will try steps 2 and 3 above next time.
