#802 Errors keep occuring when trying to connect to the backend

Errors occur during tool path calculation. The potential causes might be

• The system requires to be- Windows 10+/macOS 10.13+
• A 32-bit system is trying to install a 64-bit software
• An older CPU version( More than 10 years old)
• Anti-virus app crash.
• Other apps crash.

Solutions-

• Update the operating system.
• Download the correct bit for your computer.
• Send us your CPU model so we can find other solutions.
• If the first 3 causes are incorrect, please Export a bug report and send it to us, we will provide you with further assistance.

⚠︎If your computer has McAfee antivirus software installed, please refer to the video below to resolve this issue.

⚠︎For users on macOS 15 or later, you need to enable the “Local Network” option in the Privacy & Security settings to allow the machine to connect properly.

⚠︎If your MacBook has an Apple silicon chip and you encounter the error code “#802 Backend connection error,” please follow the tutorial to install the necessary packages.

To check your Mac’s chip, open “About This Mac” by going to the Apple menu  > “About This Mac.” On a Mac with Apple silicon, the “Chip” field will display the chip name.
