Description
The #813 error code may have two causes:
#813 Failed to Select Machine
The potential causes-
- Problematic file or a runtime system error.
- Crashed/blocked by other applications in your computer.(ex. the firewall, antivirus app, ect.)
Solutions-
- Re-send the task.
- If the error keeps occuring, please send us a ticket about how the error starts, and go to “Help”-”Export a bug report”, download the bug report, attach the bug report to your ticket in the meantime.
Ador - No Calibration Data
After replacing or reflashing the Ador's RK board, if the original calibration data wasn't uploaded back to the machine, an error, #813, will pop up, resulting in the camera being unable to be used.
