Related Instructions:
To prevent engraving material debris from accumulating in the honeycomb panel holes and underneath, which may cause a fire hazard, it is recommended to clean the honeycomb panel after each job.
Hardware Preparation:
Prepare the following items:
1 | Vacuum cleaner or brush
2 | Paper towels or tissues
3 | Air conditioner coil foaming cleaner
Honeycomb table Cleaning:
1. Remove the Honeycomb Table:
Move the laser head to the top-right corner of the working area >
Rotate the lift platform knob to lower the platform and zero the platform's Z-axis. > There is a handle on the front side of the honeycomb table. Lift the handle, grasp both sides and pull the honeycomb panel out toward the front of the machine.
2. Clean the Honeycomb Table:
Use a vacuum cleaner or brush to remove larger debris and dust > Spray the honeycomb panel with a radiator cleaner > Wait for the grease to soften, then wipe it off with paper towels or tissues to remove the tar.
3. Reinsert the Honeycomb Table:
Place the honeycomb table into the machine at a 45-degree angle, then lay it flat.
Honeycomb Table Bottom Platform Cleaning:
1. Remove the Honeycomb Table:
Move the laser head to the top-right corner of the working area > Rotate the lift platform knob to lower the platform and zero the platform's Z-axis > There is a handle on the front side of the honeycomb panel. Lift the handle, grasp both sides and pull the honeycomb panel out toward the front of the machine.
2. Clean the Platform:
Use a vacuum cleaner to remove debris and dust.
3. Reinsert the Honeycomb Table:
Place the honeycomb panel into the machine at a 45-degree angle, then lay it flat.
