Printing Parameters
- "Saturation": The higher the "Saturation" is, the darker the printing color becomes.
-
"Channel Adjustment"
In full-color layers, you could adjust the "Channel Adjustment" in the saturation settings to fine-tune the CMYK intensity. This parameter is only configurable in full-color layers.
-
"Channel Adjustment"
- ”Speed“ : The higher the "Speed" is, the faster the printing speed becomes. (Note: For smooth surfaces like stainless steel or acrylic, the speed should be reduced to avoid color overflow.)
- ”Multi-pass“:The higher "Multi-pass" will increase the same ink droplet print times, resulting in finer color details, but also leading to longer printing times.
Layer Management
After adjusting the parameters, right-click on the selected printing layer to choose "Switch to single color layer" or "Expand layer".
- If you choose ”Switch to single color layer“, the color will be changed to a single color. Click on the layer color swatch to switch to any CMYK color. You could also switch back by selecting "Switch to full-color layer".
- If you choose “Expand Layer", the full-color layer will be expanded into CMYK's four layers.
- When there are several full-color objects to print, you could expand the full-color layers into CMYK layers and categorize them with the same color to save ink cartridge changes.
- The color of an object in the CMYK layer will be presented based on the Channel Adjustment setting.
