#913 Abnormal Air Flow Detection

Possible causes:

  1. The air pump filter is dirty and needs to be replaced.
  2. The system fails (Re-update the firmware or reset to factory.)
  3. The air hose is bent or damaged.
  4. The 3-way transparent tube (T-joint) on the sensor is bent or damaged.
  5. The motherboard is malfunctioning.
  6. The air pump is too weak.
  7. The air pump is too strong. (Less likely)

 

Step 1

Replace the air pump filter at the side of the machine and run an airflow test.IMG20250508171210.jpg

How to enable the Air Flow Speed Test.

 

Determine the test result and the next action to take.

  • The value is within the normal range >> Step 3.1
  • The value is NOT within the normal range >> Step 2 

 

Step 2

Test if there's air blowing out from the laser nozzle.

  • Enter the Maintain mode on the panel and enable the air pump.
  • Use your hand or a piece of paper to test if there's air blowing out from the laser nozzle.

  • Yes, there's air blowing out >> Step 3

 

Step 2.1

Open the side cover to check or re-connect the two air pump wire pins and the air hose connected to the top of the air pump. The purpose is to ensure no wires and air hoses are damaged, loose, or bent.

  • Check or re-connect the two air pump wire pins. (Machine Off)



  • Check the air hose on the air pump.

  • Check the air hose on the laser nozzle.

  • Turn on the machine and enable the air pump to test whether air is blowing out from the laser nozzle.

Reset the machine to the factory and test if there's air blowing out from the laser nozzle.

Try to straighten the bent section of the air hose and test the airflow value.
Don't cut it. The purpose here is only to apply force in order to straighten the hose.
