2-1 Assembly and Start-up (Promark)

Thank you for choosing FLUX products.

Before unboxing the Promark, please make sure to read the Safety regulations.

The following chapters (2-1 to 2-4) provide a guide to assembling and operating your machine.

1. What's in the box?

a. Unseal the box on the floor, and take out the accessory box and the machine.
⚠︎ Note： The wiring between the main unit and the galvanometer arm cannot be disconnected.

b. Take out the accessory and check the items inside.

2. Assembly

a. Galvanometer Arm Installation： Use the M4 Wrench and four screws to secure the galvanometer arm onto the Z-axis column platform.

b. Remove the F-Theta Lens cover and keep it in the accessory box.

c. Start-Up：

⚠︎ Notice: DO NOT use the Type C USB port. It might damage your computer.

1. Plug the power cord.
2. Connect the USB cable of the USB-B end to the machine.
3. Connect the USB cable of the USB-A end to the computer.
4. Use the key from the accessory box and turn it clockwise to unlock the machine.
5. Press the red rocker switch to power the machine.
6. Camera Cable (USB-A to USB-A Cable)

If the red rocker switch does not respond when turned on, please check if the emergency stop switch on the right side of the machine control panel is activated. If the emergency stop switch is activated, rotate it clockwise toward the white arrow to release it.
