After downloading and installing, launch Beam Studio. Please follow the software instructions to select the language and configure the machine connection.

Basic Setup Guide

1. First-time Beam Studio Users.

1-2. Register/Login to FLUX Member (Users without internet access can click "Work Offline" below to skip this step).

2. Machine Setup.

Menu > Machines > Machine Setup.

 

3. Select your machine type.

 

4. USB Connection.

In the unboxing guide, the machine and computer have already been connected. After selecting the machine model, the device will automatically connect. Simply click "Next" to proceed.

 

5. Select Your Promark.

5-1. There are two ways to identify the machine model: the label on the work platform and the serial number sticker on the machine.

(M20 = MOPA 20W / D20 = Desktop 20W, and so on.)

 

5-2. The current Promark series includes six machine models. After selecting your model, the work area will automatically adjust to match.

6. Promark Setting.

Locate the black card in the accessory box and fill in the parameters on the back of the QC Pass card in order. Once completed, you can start your first engraving.
