Description
There are many potential reasons why a touchscreen might become unresponsive. Examples include system failure, screen malfunction, or issues with the USB-C cable, RK board, or mainboard.
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

Step 1
Use Beam Studio to find the IP address of the machine.
Determine the next step based on the result:

Step 1.1
Plug a mouse into one of the USB ports on the right side of the machine to see if you can move the small circle (cursor). Then, try using the left mouse button to click options on the panel as shown in the video below.

Step 1.2
Try using other USB ports on the side of the machine to see if you can control the machine.

Step 2
Copy the IP address and enter it into the address bar of your browser.
Then add :8000 to the end of the machine's IP address to display the machine's interface in the browser.
- Example: The machine's IP address is 192.168.1.144.
- Therefore, enter the following IP address in the browser: 192.168.1.144:8000.
- Afterward, you should be able to see the machine's screen and control the machine.

Step 3
Restore the machine to factory settings, then try the touch function again.

Step 3.1
Use Beam Studio to update or re-update the firmware to the latest version. (Download Link)
After updating, please test the touch function again.

Re-flashing the System
*Note: This step is relatively complex and requires a Windows laptop or desktop and some technical operations. If you are not confident with computer operations, please skip this step and contact customer service directly.

Step 5
- Turn off the machine and open the side cover using a T8 Torx screwdriver.
- Reconnect the Type-C cable that connects the screen and the mainboard. (Please ensure it is plugged back in with the same orientation.)
- Turn the machine back on and check if the screen backlight lights up.

Step 5.1
This step involves reconnecting the screen's ribbon cable.

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the four screws on the RK board and remove the RK board.

Reconnect the screen ribbon cable and the Type-C cable (the white dot must face up).

Screw the RK board back on, restart the machine, and check if the screen touch works.
