Description
There are several reasons why a machine may fail to power on, including system failure, screen malfunction, or issues with the USB-C cable, RK control board, power adapter, mainboard, fuse, and other factors.
Please follow the steps below for troubleshooting.

Step 1
Check if the Emergency Stop button is pressed, which may cause the inability to power on.

Step 3.1
Use a tool or your fingernail to remove the fuse holder shown in the red box. Check if the internal fuse has burn marks. If it does, you can use the spare fuse inside the holder as a replacement.

Confirm if the power button indicator light is lit.

Confirm the status of the four indicator lights on the mainboard.

Step 6.1
- Turn off the machine. Open the side cover with a T8 Torx screwdriver.
- Reconnect the Type-C cable connecting the screen and the mainboard. (Ensure it is plugged back in with the same orientation.)

Restart the machine and check if the screen backlight is lit.

Step 6.2
This step involves re-seating the screen's internal ribbon cable.

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the four screws from the RK board and remove the board.

Reconnect the screen ribbon cable and the Type-C cable (the white dot must face upward).

Re-secure the RK board and restart the machine.

When powering on, confirm if the blue LED on the RK board is lit.

Try re-flashing the system to see if the machine powers on normally.
