Installation Guide

Step 1 - Turn off the machine

Step 2 - Open the covers

Use a T8 torx wrench to remove the screws on the water pump cover.

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screw on the back cover.

Step 3 - Disconnect the water tube

Use Needle-nose pliers to move the water tube clamp and prepare a container for water inside the tube. Then, disconnect the water tube.

Step 4 - Connect the two water tubes for Chiller

Plug the double-ended pagoda connector to the tube.

Connect the water tubes.

Connect the other one.

Use Needle-nose pliers to move the water tube clamp onto the double-ended pagoda connector to fix the tubes.

Step 5 - Install and adjust the water tube position

Pass two tubes through the hole near the water pump and the water pump cover.

Step 6 - Install the water tube to Chiller

Step 7 - Confirm the water tube position

It is recommended to be level with the machine

Step 8 - Turn on the machine

Step 9 - Adding water

a. Open the pump cap.
b. Put in the funnel.
c. Pour the water in slowly and keep it 50% full.
d. Close the pump cap.
e. Go to "Maintain Mode" and wait until it finishes homing, then press the "Pump" button to turn on the water pump.
f. When the water tank's water decreases, press the "Pump" button again to turn off the pump and pour in more water until the tank is 80% full.
g. Repeat the step above until the water is 80% full and won't decrease.

Step 10 - Test the flow speed

Perform a flow speed test and see if the value is normal.
(Machine Panel > Machine > Hardware Settings > Flow Speed Test )

Step 11 - Screw the back cover and water pump cover

Step 12 - Turn on the Chiller
