The potential causes-
- The Beam Studio version is below 1.9.7.
- The environment of the internet is not stable.
- A firmware error causes the link to break.
- The camera cable malfunctioned.
- Camera module malfunction.
Solutions-
- Update the Beam Studio to 1.9.7 or higher.
- Referring to this instruction to check the environment of the internet.
Determine whether the connection is stable:
1. Connection quality is > 70.
2. Average response time is < 100ms. - Restart the laser cutting machine.
- If the error keeps occurring, please send us a ticket about how the error starts, and go to "Help"-" Export a bug report," download the bug report and attach the bug report to your ticket in the meantime.
- Please go to the touch panel, click "MAINTAIN" > "Motors" > "Camera" > Open the door cover > Slowly move the laser head around the working range for three rounds and observe whether there is a picture on the screen. (Note that the camera updates the screen every 3 seconds.)
- If the camera is slow, but you can still preview, please follow the steps in Connection troubleshooting in connecting your machine with ethernet.
- If the camera goes out often during previewing, it means the cable connection is loose. Please get in touch with your reseller or the customer service agent for a camera/cable exchange.
- If it shows a blank page with a blue question mark in the middle or shows nothing when you hit "Camera," it could be the camera/cable being out of commission. Please get in touch with your reseller or the customer service agent for a camera/cable exchange.
- If not sure of the result. Please provide the troubleshooting record, like the sample below, directly to your reseller or the customer service agent for further evaluation.
