Description:
The #901 Door Opened error pops up during a task when the system detects the door being opened.
The symptom is usually that the system is not able to detect a door close signal meaning the door icon is not able to be changed to close. Another symptom is that the error pops up randomly during tasks even if the door is closed securely.
No matter which symptom you have with your machine, please follow the steps below one by one.
Step 0 - Use the checklist while going through the steps:
This checklist will be used to record all your actions taken in this article.
After completing the checklist, please print it to save as PDF and send it to your reseller or FLUX Support if necessary. This will be useful information for us to troubleshoot and narrow down the issue.

Step 4.1 - Apply super glue to fix the sensor
Please see the video below for applying the glue.
Make sure that the glue only goes to the sides of the oval sensor.

Step 5 - Check the position of the door cover
Poor detection of the door may be led by the position of the door being misplaced as the magnets are mounted on the cover.
(The position of the grooves on the cover and the frame should be aligned.)
If your door cover is misplaced like the photo below, it could be because of the frame being bent or damaged.
Determine your result and the next action to take:

Step 6 -Exclude the possibility of firmware issues
An unsuccessful firmware installation might cause the detection to be unstable, and resetting to factory settings can eliminate the possibility of firmware issues effectively.
- First, reset to factory (Main Page > Machine > Settings > Reset to Factory > Yes)
-
After factory reset, follow the steps in the link on How to update the machine firmware and ensure it is updated to the latest version.
- After the update, enter control mode and see if the door icon works normally (Refer to Step 3)
