Suggested maintenance frequency: once a month.
Maintenance Steps:
A. Fan Cleaning
B. Focus Lens Cleaning
C. Pogo Pin Cleaning
Preparation Items:
- Air Duster
- Brush
- 2mm hexagonal wrench (self-preparation)
- 1.5mm hexagonal wrench (Accessories box)
- Cotton swab
- 75% alcohol
A. Fan Cleaning
- Use a 2mm hexagonal wrench to remove the four screws on the top of the laser module.(Please note that the tool in the accessory box is a 1.5mm hex wrench, not a 2mm hex wrench. Please use the correct size tool.)
- Remove the cover and pull out the fan.
- Use the Air Duster to blow out the dust on the fan.
Use the brush to clean the remaining dust.
- Install the fan, and please note the wire and direction. (The label should face down.)
B. Focus Lens Cleaning
- Use the 1.5mm hexagonal wrench to remove the two screws on the nozzle.
- Remove the air hose and nozzle.

Use a cotton swab with a small amount of alcohol to clean the focus lens.
- Install the air hose and nozzle back.
⚠︎ Notice: When screwing back the screw of the nozzle, screw it until there is resistance, and the nozzle will not loose, as shown in the video below. Do not use too much force to avoid damaging the nozzle.
C. Pogo Pin Cleaning
Use a cotton swab with a small amount of alcohol to clean the pogo pin on the module adapter.
