- Phillips screwdriver
- Clean towel or rag (No particles on the surface)
- Colored tape
Step 1
Unscrew these two screws to remove the metal base.
Step 2
Remove the metal base by lifting the machine a little and taking out the base directly.
Step 3
Apply two pieces of colored tape on the white frame area to mark the position of the old aluminum sheet. (Do not place the tape on the aluminum sheet.)
Step 4
Directly remove the old sheet of aluminum by hand.
Step 5
Attach the new sheet by gradually peeling off the film and sticking the sheet to the base.
Step 6
Flatten the whole area of the new aluminum sheet with a rag or towel.
(Make sure the towel or rag is clean and has no particles sticking to it)
Step 7
Remove the marking tapes.
Step 8
Place the base on a table, ensuring that the tenons protrude slightly from the tabletop.
Step 9
Lift the machine at a slight angle to align the mortises on the front end of the machine with the tenons on the base. Insert the tenons, and then place the machine on the tabletop.
Step 10
Screw back these screws to fix the base, and the work will be finished.#END
