- Phillips screwdriver
- 2mm Allen key
Step 1
Detach the vent hose from the machine.
Step 2
Remove these two screws.
Step 3
Raise the machine a little and try to take the bottom plate out from the back.
Step 4
Turn the machine 180 degrees directly, as shown in the picture.
Note: to prevent the door cover from being deformed, please make sure that the surface of the table is flat and there are no protruding objects.
Step 5
Unplug the 7-pin cable as shown in the photo.
Step 6
Remove the two 2mm hex screws. The autofocus probe and probe board can then be completely removed.
Note: If you only need to replace the 7-pin cable, please directly skip to Step 11.
Step 7
Assemble the new probe and the probe cover.
Step 8
Assemble the probe and the cover with the new probe board and insert one of the screws.
Step 9
Place the probe board assembly back in position and tighten the screw.
Step 10
Screw the other screw.
Step 11
Completely remove the 7-pin cable.
Note: If you do not need to replace the 7-pin cable, please skip this step and go to Step 12.
Step 12
Insert the new cable or re-plug the cable.
Step 13
Turn the machine 180 degrees directly, as shown in the picture.
Step 14
Place the bottom plate on a table, ensuring that the tenons protrude slightly from the tabletop.
Step 15
Lift the machine at a slight angle to align the mortises on the front end of the machine with the tenons on the base. Insert the tenons, and then place the machine on the tabletop.
Step 16
Screw back these screws to fix the base, and the work will be finished.
