When to Reflash the System
If your machine’s screen shows any of the following issues, we recommend reflashing the system inside the EMMC RK board:
#1 – The screen is stuck on a highlighted “Connecting to Machine” message
#2 – Random codes or garbled text appear on the screen
#3 – The machine cannot boot properly (shows a blue or black screen)
Check the board version:
Turn off the machine.
Use the T8 wrench to unscrew the seven screws of the front casing to remove it.
Take out the SD card, and identify the motherboard version. (black version or green version)
Identify the board version.

Step 1 - Remove the RK Board From the Machine
Please refer to the video to learn how to remove the RK board.
Step 2 - Start reflashing the RK board
Please refer to the important information and the video below to reflash the RK board.
Round button position on the RK board:
⚠︎ Need to press and hold the button before connecting the USB cable.
Check the software. The words at the bottom should be changed from "No Devices Found" to
"Found One LOADER Device."
This indicates the machine has entered "Burning Mode," and the button can be released.
If the words at the bottom remain "No Devices Found."
Please reconnect the USB cable.
Step 3 - Check the Reflashing Status
When it shows "reset device success" on the right side status, then the reflashing is successful.
If it doesn't show "reset device success" on the right side status, it could fail on reflash. Please contact customer service and attach a screenshot of the software.
