Once an operation, especially for cutting works with a lot of debris.
To avoid the possible fire hazard due to the left of small pieces of cutting materials on or beneath the honeycomb table, it is recommended to clean the honeycomb table right after use. Debris inflammation is one of the most common causes of fires in laser cutters.
Preparation Items
- Vacuum cleaner or brush
- 75%~99% alcohol
- Paper towel or tissue paper
Maintenance Steps
1. Take the honeycomb table out
- The mesh part of the honeycomb table is relatively sharp, so please be careful when holding it.
- Move the laser head to the upper right of the working range. If the laser head cannot be moved, go to the “MAINTENANCE” on the screen > “Motors” to release the motors.
- Press the down button on the screen until the platform is as low as possible
- Lift up the honeycomb table handles, hold the two sides of the honeycomb table, and pull it out.
2. Clean the chassis
- Use a vacuum cleaner or brush to clean the large residue and dust.
- Spray the bottom of the chassis evenly with alcohol.
- Wipe it with a paper towel or tissue paper after a minute to remove the tar.
3. Put the honeycomb table back
- Place the honeycomb table at a 45-degree angle into the chassis and lay it flat.
