Step 1
Turn off the machine, and remove the power cord.
Step 2
Remove the front metal cover. (T8 torx screw * 10 pcs.)
Step 3
Remove the screws of the seat of the air pump. The air pump can then be unmounted.
Step 4
- Remove the four screws on the laser power supply.

Raise the laser PSU to make more space.
Step 5
Use a marker and mark on the X-axis motor cable.
Step 6
Remove the four screws on the right side of the machine to unmount the mainboard.
Step 7
Remove all the cables on the mainboard, including the transparent air tube.
Step 8
Remove the four shafts on the back of the mainboard.
Step 9
Reinstall the four shatfs on the new mainboard.
Step 10
Find the workLed cable (9-pin), the 28-pin cable, and the flow sensor cable.
Plug them into the mainboard in advance, as they will be difficult to plug in after the mainboard is mounted.
Step 11
Try to arrange the cables as neatly as possible and pull out those unconnected cables.
Step 12
Screw the mainboard on the machine.
Step 13
Connect all the remaining cables to the mainboard.
Step 14

Put the PSU back in position.
(Please do not forget to take out the flashlight if you put it inside.)

Fix the PSU with the four screws.
Step 15
Mount the air pump on the frame.
Step 16
Plug the Type-C cable into the mainboard. Make sure the white dot on the cable is facing downward.
Step 17
Install the front metal cover. Ensure the Type-C cable's white dot is facing up as in the video.
Step 18
Turn on the machine.
Reflash the mainboard firmware and update the firmware to the latest version.
- Reflash the mainboard firmware.
