Step 1

Turn off the machine and remove the power cord.

Step 2

Remove the back metal cover.

Step 3

Step 4

Remove the laser tube's holders.

Step 5

Disconnect the grounding cable of the laser tube.

Step 6

Place the rags underneath the laser tube on both sides.

Step 7

Remove the water hose clamp from the high-pressure side.
Make sure the water hose plug is ready so it can be inserted immediately after the hose is detached.

Step 8

Remove the water hose clamp from the low-pressure side.
Make sure the water hose plug is ready so it can be inserted immediately after the hose is detached.

Step 9

Prepare a bucket in advance to drain the water from the laser tube.
The laser tube can then be removed, and the water will be drained.

Step 10

Remove the laser tube seat on the left using a 3 mm Allen key (The one close to the water pump and the screen).

Step 11

Remove the front metal cover. (T8 torx screw * 10 pcs.)

Step 12

Unplug the cables on the laser PSU.

Step 13

Remove the four screws on the laser power supply.

Step 14

Remove the laser PSU and place it aside temporarily.
(The cable of the PSU is still connected to the laser tube at the moment.)

Step 15

Cut off the cable tie that ties the wires and cable, if there is any.

Step 16

Unplug the fan cable, then pull the cables out toward the fan.

Step 17

Unscrew the fan to remove it completely from the system.

Step 18

Install the new fan. (Ensure the wires' direction goes toward the left, as in the video.)

Step 19

Plug the fan cable into the mainboard.

Step 20

Place the laser PSU in its position.

Step 21

Fix the PSU with the four screws.

Step 23

Install the front metal cover. Ensure the Type-C cable's white dot faces up, as shown in the video.

Step 24

Reinstall the left laser tube seat.
(Make sure the cables and wires are all underneath the bottom openings of the seat.)

Step 25

Place the laser tube on the machine and connect the grounding cable to the terminal.
(The grounding cable has to be on the same side as the other one.)

Step 26

From the high-pressure side, remove the hose plug and connect the water hose to the laser tube.

Step 27

From the low-pressure side, remove the hose plug and connect the water hose to the laser tube.

Step 28

Fix the laser tube in place. Please note these two points:

1. The distance between the laser tube's nozzle and the first mirror seat will be around 1.5cm (one finger).
2. There are two short water hoses on both sides of the laser tube; they have to be horizontal.

Step 29

Place the foam back and connect the cables between the laser tube and the laser PSU.

Step 30

Add water to the system.

After adding the water, please align the optical path.
