Step 1

Remove the honeycomb. (If you can't raise the head, please see Step 3 to manually raise it.)

Step 2

Turn off the machine, and remove the power cord.

Step 3

Rotate the threaded rod to lower the laser head to find the four screws.

Remove the four screws.

Step 4

Rotate the threaded rod to raise the laser head, and the laser head assembly can then be detached.
(Make sure the linear slide does not fall off. If it does, place it back.)

Step 5

Remove the three screws and unplug the cable, and then the auto-focus board can be removed. 

Step 6

Make sure the focus probe and the magnet are in the correct position.
The focus probe and the magnet must attract each other, which is the correct position.

Step 7

Install the new board after the focus probe and the magnets are installed.

Step 8

Install the laser head assembly using the threaded rod and fix the laser head assembly with the linear slide using the four screws.
