#901 Porta oberta/Problema de porta/La coberta de la porta no es pot tancar

Descripció:

L'error #901 Door Opened apareix durant una tasca quan el sistema detecta que s'obre la porta.
El símptoma sol ser que el sistema no és capaç de detectar un senyal de tancament de la porta, el que significa que la icona de la porta no es pot canviar per tancar-la. Un altre símptoma és que l'error apareix aleatòriament durant les tasques, fins i tot si la porta està tancada de manera segura.

Independentment del símptoma que tingueu amb la vostra màquina, seguiu els passos següents un per un.

Possibles causes

  1. El sistema falla (torneu a actualitzar el microprogramari o refresca RK board.)
  2. Falta l'imant.
  3. La placa base/MB/placa base funciona malament i no capta el senyal.
  4. El sensor de la porta o el cable/filferro no funciona correctament.

Pas 1 - Establiu el pols al 0%:

Per motius de seguretat, configureu la taxa de potència al 0% per assegurar-vos que no hi hagi polsos durant la vostra prova.


 

Pas 2: comproveu els imants de la porta:

Hi haurà dos imants a la porta. Si us plau, obriu la porta per comprovar-los.

 

Determineu el vostre resultat i la següent acció a fer:

 

Pas 3: comproveu el sensor de la porta:

Aquest pas us guiarà a través de la prova de si el sensor de la porta funciona normalment amb dos imants externs.

Nota:
Les fotos o vídeos següents es mostren amb un HEXA, ja que l'estructura és la mateixa que la Beambox 2.

  • The door sensor is embedded in the chassis LED lights. Please see the video below to find it.

  • The door sensor will have two LED lights in red and they will be always ON.

  • Place the magnets close to both LED lights. The light should be "brighter" when it detects a magnet. When both LEDs detect magnets at the same time, a door-closed signal will be delivered to the system and the icon on the panel will be changed.

  • Go to "Maintain", wait til the homing finishes, and check the door status icon.

Step 4 - Remove the cable of the sensor and check the icon:

When the sensor is removed from the system(mainboard), the icon should always stay "Open".

  • Turn off the machine and unplug the cable.
    Turn on the machine and check the icon as in the video below.

Step 4.1 - Replug the cable and re-test with the spacers again:

  • Turn off the machine, replug the cable, and turn on the machine.

     
  • Put two of the magnets on the sensor's LED lights.

  • Go to "Control", wait til the homing finishes, and check the door status icon.

Pas 5 - Torneu a actualitzar el microprogramari i proveu amb els imants

  • Put two of the magnets on the sensor's LED lights.

Determineu el vostre resultat i la següent acció a fer:

 

Step 6 - Check the position of the door sensor:
 

There is a possibility that the sensor is mispositioned or it fell off and it may cause the detection of magnets to fail.

  • Most of the time, the sensor will fall off as in the photo below.

  • The correct position is that there is no gap between the sensor and the top of the metal frame.

Determineu el vostre resultat i la següent acció a fer:

 

Step 6.1 - Reposition the sensor: 

  • Check if the hex nuts are firmly screwed and reposition the sensor into the threaded rod.

 

Step 7 - Door closing test:

Traieu els imants i tanqueu la porta per comprovar l'estat de la icona i també la reacció dels llums vermells LED al sensor.

  • Els llums vermells LED han de ser més brillants quan la porta està tancada.
     
  • La icona de la porta s'ha de tancar quan la porta es tanca i obrir-se quan s'obre.

 

Determineu el vostre resultat i la següent acció a fer:

  • Tots dos LEDs vermells es tornen "més brillants", la icona mostra "tancat" i #901 NO apareix durant les tasques >> Problem solved.

 

Step 8 - Reflash the RK board and Update the Firmware

Sometimes, if the operating system is corrupted, random errors might pop up.

  • Please follow the guide and reflash the RK board.
  • Update the Firmware to the latest. Please refer to the link below.

  • After the update, please run a random task and see if #901 pops up again.
