| 4 | 3mm Allen key |
| 5 | T8 Torx screwdriver |
| 6 | Phillips screwdriver |
| 7 | Water Container (Large) |
| 8 | Double-sided tape |
| 9 | Rag or paper towel |
Step 1
Turn off the machine, and remove the power cord.
Step 2
Open the water pump cover with the Torx screwdriver.
Step 2.1
This is an optional step.
Raise the machine to create more space above and below, or move the machine to the edge of the table.
Step 3
Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws at the back of the machine, and the back cover can be opened afterward.
Step 4
Snip off the two cable ties, and the flow sensor can then be moved around.
If your flow sensor is not tied, skip this step.
Step 5
Take the flow sensor out to have more space.
Step 6
Unplug the water pump's cable.
(If your board differs from the photos below, please refer to the diagram for the latest setup.)
Step 7
Remove the screw on the left of the red laser pointer holder.
Step 8
Unscrew the two screws, and the water pump bracket can then be removed.
Step 9
- The water pump might be adhered to the machine.
Try to remove it with your hand.
(If your water pump is removed with the bracket, you can skip this step.)
- If the tape is too strong, the pump can't be removed; you can use a hair dryer to heat it a bit to make it easier.
Step 10
Clean the residual tape on the machine.
Step 11
Take the water pump out and snip off the cable ties or move the hose clips if there are any.

Hose clips
Step 12
Place some rags or paper towels in the machine and some on the table.
Step 13
Detach the water hoses from the water pump with a piece of napkin and a pliers.
The purpose of using napkins is to prevent the water hose from breaking or being damaged.
(Please take this action in a container, as when a water hose is detached, the water will leak at once.)
Step 14
Attach the water hoses to the new water pump.
If your machine has the hose clips, please move them to the water inlet and outlet of the water pump.
If you don't, please go to Step 14.1.
Step 14.1 (Optional Step)
If cable ties are available, tie up the water hoses as in the video.
If not available, skip this step.
Step 15
Install the new water pump along with the bracket.
The bracket is directional. Please refer to the video below.
Step 16
Place the flow sensor back into the machine and plug the water pump's cable into the board.
Step 17
Rescrew the screw of the red laser pointer holder.
Step 18
Please refer to the guide below to fill in the water.
Cooling Water Replacement
Step 19
- Please perform a flow speed test to see if the value is normal, which indicates 3L/min or above.
(Machine Panel > Machine > Hardware Settings > Flow Speed Test )
- If your value is below 3L/min, please refer to the guide below to troubleshoot.

Step 20
As the red laser pointer holder was moved, please check if the red laser dot and the burnt mark overlap.
This step checks if the paths of the red laser and the actual CO2 laser match and are aligned.
If they are not aligned, adjust the red light emitter with a 2.5mm Allen key.
